Self Cleaning Filter :

This «PLM» automatic filter is designed to allow a continuoussolid / liquid separation, mechanically cleanable, eliminate media replacement, achieving concentrate solids removal, especially dedicated processing of water and highly viscous product. «PLM» filter is ideal for a broad range of application.

Simple concept for the «PLM» filter consisting of a stainless housing containing a mesh calibrated filter screen. Unfiltered fluid enters the inlet of automated cleanable filter; contaminants are retained and deposited on the filter media, filtered product exits at the outlet toward process.

Filter cleaning is operated by means of a scrapper pneumatically or electrically jack driven. Annular scrapper is moving transversally down and up, contaminants are pushed down. Waste is stored at the filter bottom. Waste valve allows flushing out concentrated contaminants.
