OPLA : Device Presentation

OPLA is a patented system of fast filtration cloth assembly for basket centrifuge. The OPLA system can be used on all baskets in service, without the need for modifications.

This innovative unit consists of a cloth (any type of synthetic fabric) and of flexible hoops of reinforcements assembled in monobloc.

The whole system can be assembled and disassembled in a few minutes on all basket centrifuges on the market, without distinction of brand, it can also be reused

OPLA SYSTEM: Process improvement

• Mounting : it only takes a few minutes (5 to 15 min) without any tools.
• Cleanness : no retention zone.
• Quality: perfect setting in tension (absence of folds) and positioning in the basket of the centrifugal machine.
• Comfort for the operator: hoops are made of solid polypropylene, no loss of fibres, ease of handling.
• Compatibility: hoops and cloth are compatible with the treated products.
